1. Advertising & Promotion Terms

By purchasing advertisement, membership, or listing upgrades, you agree to the following:

1.1 Materials

You must submit accurate information and affirm that:

  • you have rights to all logos, images, and media

  • your content does not violate copyright

  • your content complies with international advertising laws

1.2 Editorial Rights

Caviar Guide Pte. Ltd. may:

  • adjust formatting/layout

  • decline unsuitable materials

  • request updated content

1.3 Publication Timeline

Publication occurs within agreed timeframes once all materials and payments are received.

2. Refund Policy

All advertising, membership, and listing upgrade payments are:

🚫 Non-refundable

because:

  • space is reserved in advance

  • design work begins immediately

  • publication slots are limited

Refunds are provided only if Caviar Guide cancels publication.

3. Submission Agreement for Free Listings

By submitting a brand for Free Listing:

  • you confirm you own all rights to submitted content

  • you permit Caviar Guide to publish your content in digital, printed, and online formats

  • you acknowledge that the listing is not guaranteed

  • you accept that the listing may be edited for clarity or formatting

  • you acknowledge alphabetical placement rules (countries and brands)

4. Conduct & Legal Compliance

You agree that:

  • you will not upload illegal or defamatory content

  • your materials comply with food regulations

  • you assume full responsibility for correctness of your brand data

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Caviar Guide Pte. Ltd. against:

  • copyright claims

  • misinformation claims

  • damages arising from content you provided

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
